OBJECTIVES FOR DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT INITIATIVES

The organisation’s main objectives are to:
1. To provide medical assistance to the elderly and helpless people.
2. To provide help and support to poor/village people especially the elderly, women,
children, Youth and people with disability.
3. To enhance the knowledge, skill and attitude of youth & adolescents on sexual and
reproductive health.
4. To offer youth an opportunity for personal development through increased access
to sports, recreation, educational and livelihood and entrepreneurship trainings.
5. To provide HIV prevention methods and messages, care and support.
6. To provide access to improved Sanitation and Water.
7. To propagate the need for tree plantation / pollution control and environmental
awareness.
8. To create awareness and fight for Human rights and the rights of the children.

The organisation’s secondary objective will be to:
i. To work in collaboration with other organisations that mainly deals with similar objectives as for DESI.
